Windows 10 Keyboard Shortcuts

Windows 10 Keyboard Shortcuts

I am sure that while working on your projects on Windows, you thought that there might be an easier way to do that certain task. In most of the cases, that is true. One of the features that Windows offers, is the keyboard shortcuts or key shortcuts.

Keyboard Shortcuts Examples

For most people that use the Office 2016 suite, shortcuts aimed at text operations are very useful.

For example, you can copy and paste the text into a different location by using the mouse, by selecting the text, right-clicking it, selecting copy and then go the to new location, right click and then click paste. It might be an easy process, but it takes a bit more time than if you were to use keyboard shortcuts. Using the shortcuts, you can select the text, press CTRL + C, then go to the new location and press CTRL + V. It’s easier, right?

Another good example is the search functionality. This shortcut is very common and it is the same for most applications and software, not just for Windows. You can use it for browsers, PDF viewers, Office, Windows etc. If you were to search for something using the mouse, it would differ from one application to the other. For most applications, the search bar is displayed by pressing CTRL + F. If you want to launch the Windows 10 Search functionality, you can do that by pressing WINDOWS KEY + S. (The Windows key is the key on your keyboard that has the Windows logo on it).

These are just two common examples that can help you speed up your work and process. You can find most of the Windows 10 keyboard shortcuts below. We have arranged them in a table, so it is easier for you to follow.
