Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you placed your order and the status of the order is Pending or Processing, you can cancel the order and ask for a refund. If the order status is Completed and you have received your product key (activation code), refunds cannot be granted as these are digital products and cannot be returned.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Order status is Pending or Processing
- Product key or Activation code has not been delivered
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all refund requests will be inspected. If the order does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
